Description of Services:

Transition Coordinator:  Providing vocational assessment, interest inventories, career guidance, and connection to post secondary service providers for special education students.

504 Coordinator:  Coordinating services for students with learning/medical disabilities by using individualized instruction and planning to ensure a successful high school experience.

Vocational Adjustment Coordinator:  Supervising senior students in the work program to provide vocational experiences necessary for a smooth transition into the workplace.
